  • The Webinar Room: When you sign up for our live masterclasses, WebinarJam handles your registration to ensure you get your seat and the replay.

  • Secure Transactions: We don’t touch your credit card data. All payments are encrypted and handled by Stripe via the Simplero platform.

  • Private Communication: Our direct correspondence is handled through Titan Mail, ensuring our strategy talks remain professional and secure.

2. Digital Footprints & Cookies

We use “cookies” to understand how you interact with the Investionista universe. You can manage your preferences via our cookie banner (Hu-manity.co).

  • Performance Metrics: We use Google Analytics (via MonsterInsights) to see which topics resonate most. This data is anonymized.

  • Strategic Growth: We use the Meta Pixel to ensure our message reaches the right people and to measure the effectiveness of our invitations.

  • Community & Content: Plugins like Smash Balloon (Instagram) and our Podcast Player allow you to engage with our latest content directly on the site.

By joining the Investionista community, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We partner with world-class providers (like Simplero and Mailchimp) that utilize legal frameworks such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data is treated with the respect it deserves, even across borders

Just as you have sovereignty over your portfolio, you have sovereignty over your data. Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
