Workshop and Session Purchases:
All programs, sessions, and workshops are generally paid in advance. You must be over 18 years old to book a program with Investionista.
Cancellation Or Rescheduling Of Session
If you have booked a 1-1 session and need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, this can be done at no cost to you up to 24 hours before the session.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, the session will be fully invoiced. Failure to attend the session without prior notice will also be fully invoiced.
Rights
Signe Lønholdt holds all rights to models, text, images, workshops, events, materials – printed and digital. The right to use all materials from Signe Lønholdt is personal and cannot be transferred.
All products and materials may not be used commercially in direct or indirect competition with Signe Lønholdt’s business. Signe Lønholdt’s name and company name Investionista may not be used for advertising or referencing purposes without written permission.
Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee for the Buffett’s Blueprint Workshop. If, after two weeks in the workshop, you determine that it’s not the right fit for you, you may request a refund. We will provide a full refund of your tuition fees and the refund will be returned using the original payment method. Please note that refund eligibility has a firm deadline and also applies to payment plans, which means you will be responsible for all payments after the refund deadline has passed.
Liability
By engaging with Signe Lønholdt, you accept and understand that you alone are fully responsible for your actions, progress, and results, which are dependent on personal factors including, but not limited to, your personal abilities, financial opportunities, knowledge, life situation, commitment, just to name a few.
Coaching and guidance, as well as your actions based on Signe Lønholdt’s assistance and products, are at your own risk.
Any liability incurred by Signe Lønholdt in connection with her services, products, coaching, workshops, courses, and education is limited to direct damages and losses. Under no circumstances shall Signe Lønholdt be held liable for indirect damages or losses. The disclaimer of liability for indirect damages and losses applies regardless of the nature of the liability and whether Signe Lønholdt has acted with simple negligence. Signe Lønholdt’s liability for direct damages and losses is limited to 25% of the price of the service or product to which the liability relates.
Jurisdiction And Choice Of Law
Disputes between Signe Lønholdt and the buyer shall be settled under Danish law by the Court of Aarhus as the first instance.
